What is ContinYou Care?

ContinYou Care is a digital care management platform designed for long-term care homes, retirement communities, and home care agencies. It helps streamline daily operations, improve resident care, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Is data stored securely?

Absolutely. We use encrypted cloud storage and follow all required privacy and healthcare data compliance standards, including PIPEDA and HIPAA-equivalent guidelines where applicable.


How is ContinYou Care priced?

Pricing is based on the number of residents or homes and the modules activated. Our most popular module, the Dining/POS module, starts at $50/license/month per home. Additional modules and licenses can be added based on your needs.


Can I customize modules for my home?

Yes. You can choose the modules you want and scale based on the size of your home and team. We’ll help you tailor the setup during onboarding.

Is ContinYou Care only for long-term care homes?

No, it also supports retirement homes, and assisted living facilities. It adapts to your workflow and scales with your operations.


How does ContinYou Care improve care delivery?

It reduces paperwork, standardizes daily care tasks, alerts staff to key actions, and improves documentation — all of which lead to better outcomes and less stress.

What is ContinYou Connect?

NestAide Inc. is the company providing the ContinYou Connect app to families, and the web-based ContinYou Connect Connections Hub to facilities.  ContinYou Connect software is provided to families by their loved ones’ senior care facility.

Facilities login to the Connections Hub to manage their communications and configure the platform.


Family contacts download the ContinYou Connect app to stay connected to your center.  The app is downloaded from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store to any smartphone or tablet.  Families use the app to receive alerts, interact with the facility, and monitor their loved one’s health details. 


What can families see with ContinYou Connect?

Depending on permissions, families can:

  • View vitals, medications, and lab reports
  • View care team and care plans
  • Receives alerts to changes of their family member’s profile
  • Set up family meetings
  • Receive broadcast alerts from the home
  • Facilitate real-time reviews


How much does ContinYou Connect cost? 

ContinYou Connect is always free to families.  Senior care centers license the ContinYou Connect Connections Hub to enable families to communicate with their staff.  Please contact sales@continyoucare.com.


Do families need to install anything?

Yes, the app is available on iOS and Android, or accessible via a secure web portal. Families are invited directly by the care home to create their accounts.


Can ContinYou Connect replace phone calls with staff?

While it improves communication, it doesn’t replace human interaction. Instead, it enhances it by keeping families in the loop and reducing repetitive check-ins for routine updates. Homes can track the savings of person hours on the dashboard.
